After high school, he married wife of 41 years, Cheryl and began working at Burger Dairy/New Paris Creamery where he stayed for about 16 years. In 1992, Andy started working for Dairy Farmers America (DFA) at the Goshen dairy plant working his way to his current position as production manager.
